Rental FAQs
-
View the property via the property listings links above.
We will send you a link to an application form for that property to complete and return to the property manager.
-
If your application is approved, one of the Property Managers will give you a call to firstly make sure you are still interested in the rental, and, if you are, they will send you an unsigned tenancy agreement. You must then review the details, then, sign and return it to us within 24 hours (or the offer may be withdrawn).
Please note:
If there are multiple tenants, you must ensure that everyone who is listed on the agreement has signed before you return it to us. The tenancy agreement is then presented to the landlord for consideration. If they accept, we will sign the agreement on their behalf, and send you a copy to confirm the tenancy.
Your first week’s rent is due within 24 hours, and your bond must be paid two days prior to move in date.
Once the tenancy agreement has been confirmed, your Property Manager will then be in contact to arrange a suitable time to meet you for a walk through the property and to hand over the keys on move-in day.

The questions in the application form provide us with important information to determine if you will be a suitable fit for a property. If you are unable to complete the form, your application may be unsuccessful.
Please let us know if you have any questions we may be able to help you with when completing your form as priority will probably be given to suitable applicants who can provide us with all the necessary information promptly.

Possibly. We consider every request on a case by case basis, looking at the type of pet vs the suitability of the property.

We will do the first property inspection about four - six weeks after your tenancy begins, and then every three months after that. This ensures that we can take care of any maintenance issues promptly for you, as well as reassure the landlord that their property is being well looked after.
